Advanced Focus has consistently been one of my favorite brands for years. Their dedication to the gaming community, high-quality ingredients, and tasty flavors have always drawn me to the company. While it's true that their formula leans towards the pricier side, given that two servings are recommended for optimal ingredient dosages, I personally find it worthwhile, knowing I'm enjoying a premium beverage. As a result, they have remained one of my go-to brands, and my all-time favorite flavor from their lineup is GGB Strawberry Lemonade.
Sneak Energy was featured as my favorite brand in my first Gaming Energy Drink video, and years later it’s still at the top of my list. While their ingredients are not as impressive as some other brands, their flavors are exactly what I look for in these types of drinks. Strong sweet flavors with many sour options. They’ve also nailed the hype beast-style marketing with limited-release runs and well-designed packaging without the need to lean on other franchises or IPs. Ingredients are obviously important but so is flavor, and a Sneak flavor miss is incredibly hard to come by. My favorite flavor of theirs is Blizzard V3.
Ghost Energy (Can) is constantly stocked in my house. It’s available locally and more often than not, it’s my daily drink due to the convenience of cracking open a can as opposed to mixing powders. The flavors are strong and taste amazing. They’re a bit pricey compared to your usual big-name energy drink cans that you can find everywhere, but I’ll gladly pay a bit extra for something with better ingredients which also tastes 10x better. My favorite flavor of theirs is Sour Patch Kids Blue Raspberry.
Advanced Focus is one of two brands that use a clinically researched ingredient that actually features Gamers in it. Aside from that impressive ingredient, the formula is packed with premium nootropics with impressive benefits. The only caveat is needing two servings to reach the effective dosages of these ingredients, and the higher price point. But if you want one of the best, this is an easy choice in my opinion. My favorite flavor of theirs is GGB Strawberry Lemonade.
Glytch is a brand I’ve only recently had the chance to check out, but I was immediately impressed by their ingredients which, save for one ingredient, are all properly dosed with only one serving. I don’t have as much experience with their flavors but there’s a lot to like and I look forward to getting more familiar with them as time goes on. My favorite flavors from them seem to be the seasonal flavor Grinchberry and a flavor they no longer carry, Dragon Sweat. Aside from those, I’d go with Cherry Bomb.
Sneak Energy is my immediate pick for this category and it’s not even close. There are tons of flavors across many brands that I love, some of which I love as much as some of the Sneak flavors if not more. But none of the brands that I have tried have as many amazing flavors as Sneak. This is entirely subjective and based on my love for bold strong flavors that are on the sweet side. I also love sour, and when Sneak does sour, it is SOUR, not just kind of sour. My favorite flavor of theirs is Blizzard V3.
